Amit Vakil

Founder

Amit brings 24+ years of senior leadership in insurance distribution and strategy. He has operated at ExCom and Board Director levels across Max Life, PNB MetLife, NY Life, MetLife and Generali — with deep expertise in scaling distribution channels, product innovation, and building high-performance insurance enterprises.

His conviction that parametric infrastructure can deliver dignified, rapid relief to vulnerable populations is the founding force behind ArcPro Systems.

Nitin Malkan

Co-Founder

Nitin brings 17 years of BFSI experience spanning banking, insurance, and financial distribution. His career spans Citibank, Aviva and Generali, culminating in founding his own Financial Services Distribution & Retention Services venture.

At ArcPro, Nitin leads market strategy, insurer partnerships, and the commercial architecture of distribution relationships — ensuring the platform solves real go-to-market challenges for every insurer and distribution partner.

Maruti Naik

Co-Founder

Maruti brings 30+ years of leadership spanning FMCG, insurance, and financial services technology. His career encompasses PepsiCo, Aditya Birla Sun Life, Edelweiss, Bandhan Life and Generali — with deep expertise in platform design, data architecture, and building scalable API ecosystems.

At ArcPro, Maruti leads the technology architecture and platform engineering — translating the parametric vision into a robust, production-grade infrastructure capable of serving millions of beneficiaries.

Harsha Vakil

Co-Founder

Harsha is an operations and customer service professional with over 17 years of experience at Tata Asset Management. She has managed large-scale operational support functions, process governance initiatives, and service quality programs across nationwide distribution networks.

Her expertise spans customer and distributor servicing, operational coordination, stakeholder management and process efficiency to improve customer and distributor experience.

At ArcPro, Harsha will manage distribution operations and partner services.
